I was good at what I did. From the beginning of my employment with Sam's Club, I have never struggled at becoming proficient at whatever task I was assigned. From starting as a customer service/marketing rep to becoming a order pick-up specialist, being able to pick up on things and create relationships with customers came natural for me. My tenure at Sam's was fun and rewarding but I yearned to learn more, yearned to learn something different.

And that's when it happened; the spark I was missing ignited when my friend introduced me to AWS. After completing a couple of certifications, I quickly realized that this wasn't enough to get my foot in the door. I transitioned into front-end web development and my creative side began smiling. From the functionality created in JS to the artistic styling and responsive design principles created in CSS, I instantly knew that this was what I wanted to pursue.

Currently I have HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Python under my belt. Everyday, I continue to strengthen my knowledge in these languages by working on projects and taking courses provided by websites like, Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn, and Youtube.
